Since all our curtains and blinds are made to order, specifically tailored to your fabric and size choices, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that all details, including fabric, colour, measurements, and style, are confirmed before placing your order. Once the fabric is selected and production begins, the product is no longer eligible for return.

2. Quality Assurance

Our team performs thorough checks during production and installation to make sure that every piece is flawless and fits your space perfectly. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or installation issue, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We encourage you to carefully review all details before confirming your order. Once confirmed, any changes to the order will not be possible unless specified within the installation phase.

5. Exceptions

Manufacturing defects: If the product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect installation: If there are issues with the installation (e.g., incorrect fitting), we will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged by misuse, incorrect care, or installation issues caused after the product has been delivered and installed.
